Gravats Maresme, S.L. is a Company dedicated to flat and rotary screen engraving since 1981. Located in Vilassar de Dalt, near Barcelona, in the center of an important textile business area and with installations of over 1000 m² where we design and produce vertical flat and rotary screens for textile printing.
In constant development we introduced services and technology to satisfy our customers changing needs as digital printing, 3D mapping or flexographic screen engraving. Along with our partners we offer the possibility to make digital prints and sublimation of our customers designs.
With and internal sampling department we make physical samples in order our customers see the final result of their designs simulating the result of bulk productions. Also we offer the possibility of 3D mapping where you can see the final look of your design in a garment.
We use specific design software and the last technology in computers to separate by colors the designs in order we can engrave it later or our customers can colour the designs.
